The hotel had good cleanliness and the staff were polite and courteous. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything.

The hotel was quite expensive for what it offered. the noise from nearby rooftop bars was disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in New York. I appreciated the hotel and had a very comfortable stay.

Place was exceptionally clean, everything was perfect. The rooms with terrific shower, great view, for instance. Its location was central, 500 metres from Candytopia. Next to an underground station and excellent area.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the convenience and location of the hotel. The subway entrance was right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved that there were plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance, including popular landmarks like the Empire State Building and Macy's. the rooftop bar at the hotel was a great spot to relax and enjoy the city views.

One downside was the lack of attention to detail when it came to administrative issues. We encountered some problems with our room assignment and credit card charges, which caused confusion and inconvenience.

Contemporary accommodation, the breakfast was tasty, unbeatable location close to everything. The staff were all helpful, great service. Comfortable bed, luxurious and cosy room. It had magnificent view, I thoroughly enjoyed watching city. The venue provided snacks in the lobby.

Perfect location right next to subway access and within walking distance of major attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms with useful amenities such as fridges and ice machines on alternate floors. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly the doormen and bellman who provided excellent service. Enjoyable lobby area with computers and a breakfast diner.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a subway right outside the door and Macy's across the road. The staff, especially Lenny, Jessie, and Michael, were helpful and made our stay nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfy. We also took advantage of their car service to JFK, convenient and reasonably priced. we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here and had a great time! The location was perfect - right near Times Square and some great restaurants! The room was clean and had great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a seating area. The staff was friendly, and there was even a swimming pool, restaurant, and bar/lounge area.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. We also appreciated the various amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar/lounge area where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks.
